Juju.ug marketplace terms

Juju.ug connects buyers with independent practitioners and sellers. Listings, messages, prices, claims, delivery terms, and appointments are the responsibility of the relevant seller or practitioner.

Accounts

Users must provide accurate contact details and complete OTP verification. Practitioner accounts require marketplace approval before service listings can go live.

Listings

Sellers must describe products and services clearly, including price, location, scope, pickup or booking terms, and cancellation expectations. Misleading, fraudulent, or unsafe listings may be removed.

Prohibited Activity

Juju.ug does not allow medical cure claims, violence, coercion, blackmail, guaranteed outcomes, surveillance, or services targeting another person without consent.

Marketplace Role

Juju.ug may moderate, approve, reject, suspend, or remove accounts and listings to protect users and comply with applicable rules.
